6 Days Istanbul & Cappadocia Tour

Day 1: ARRIVAL & AIRPORT TRANSFER

Welcome to Istanbul! Upon your arrival in Istanbul, a friendly driver will greet you at the airport and escort you to your hotel.

Day 3: JEWELS OF ISTANBUL & FLY TO CAPPADOCIA

Today, your itinerary includes visits to the Rüstem Paşa Mosque, Spice Bazaar, and a Bosphorus boat trip:

• Rüstem Paşa Mosque: A 16th-century gem in Eminönü, known for its stunning Iznik tilework, designed by Mimar Sinan for Grand Vizier Rüstem Paşa.
• Spice Bazaar: One of Istanbul’s oldest markets, offering spices, herbal remedies, and delicacies. Located in Eminönü, it’s open on Sundays.
• Bosphorus Boat Trip: Cruise between Europe and Asia, passing landmarks like Beylerbeyi Palace and charming waterfront villas.

After the tour, we will transfer you to Istanbul Airport for your flight to Cappadocia. Upon arrival, a transfer will take you to your hotel.

Day 4: CAPPADOCIA NORTH TOUR

Experience the otherworldly beauty of Cappadocia on a guided tour.

• Devrent Valley: Begin by exploring the surreal landscape, famous for its whimsical fairy chimneys.
• Paşabağ (Monk’s Valley): Continue to this remarkable area, home to some of the region’s most intriguing mushroom-shaped rock formations.
• Avanos: Drive to this historic city, known for its pottery and scenic riverside views.
• Goreme Open-Air Museum: In the afternoon, discover ancient rock-cut churches and Christian settlements that have stood the test of time.
• Uchisar Castle: Conclude your day with a visit to this natural fortress, offering panoramic views of the region.

After the tour, return to your hotel to rest.

Day 5: CAPPADOCIA SOUTH TOUR

• Enjoy a hearty breakfast at the hotel before setting off on another exciting day in Cappadocia.
• Red Valley Exploration: Depart from the hotel and head to the stunning Red Valley. Discover its unique rock-cut churches and embark on a 5 km hike through the picturesque Güllüdere Valley.
• Visit Cavusin Village: Next, explore Cavusin Village, renowned for its historic homes and churches once inhabited by Christian clergy.
• Lunch: Enjoy a delightful meal before continuing your journey.
• Pigeon Valley: Drive to Pigeon Valley, famous for its impressive pigeon houses carved into the cliffs.
• Ozkonak Underground City: In the afternoon, delve into the depths of the Ozkonak Underground City, a historic refuge for early Christians.

Return to your accommodation in Cappadocia for an overnight stay.
